Essential Job Functions
Ensure product decisions are aligned with the organization’s strategy and communicate the strategic vision and outcomes to other teams.
Assist in defining Epic success criteria and desired outcomes.
Evaluate, prepare, execute, and deliver Epics, Features, and User Stories.
Provide solution options considering a balance between capacity and demand.
Contribute to a ready backlog of actionable work that flows to cross‑functional Delivery Teams, effectively communicating Acceptance Criteria aligned with the Epic.
Represent the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and interests.
Conduct user interviews to understand customer problems more deeply.
Validate that work is prioritized according to strategic direction.
Ensure alignment between released work and the strategic vision.
Identify risk and impediments between backlog items and ensure they are managed effectively.
Coordinate and participate in product releases and change management activities.
Prepare, organize, and communicate release notes to clients or internal users.
Create and monitor metrics to improve the process and verify it is on track.
Mentor, coach, and train team members as needed.
Other activities as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent.
Minimum of five years of increasing responsibility for product or service development, including measuring the value of solutions delivered to customers.
Minimum of 5 years of experience relating to solution design and engagement with full‑stack development techniques with a heavy focus on End‑User usability and UX design.
Strong analytical skills to identify and propose persona/outcome combinations for business impact.
Experienced data engineering skills with ties to development and management of logical data models with experience in big data.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Proficient understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating systems.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, representing interests, and fostering collaboration with a strategic mindset to align product decisions with organizational strategy.
Proficiency in vetting, preparing, executing, and delivering Features and User Stories.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey the strategic vision and outcomes to various teams.
Experience in conducting user interviews and generative or evaluative research to inform decision‑making.
Familiarity with backlog management, prioritization techniques, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in product or service development.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining backlogs and managing dependencies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
Real estate experience preferred, but not required.
A strong commitment to integrity, professionalism, and SitusAMC’s guiding principles.
A demonstrable ability to collaborate effectively with team members in diverse groups and regions.
Salary and Benefits The annual full‑time base salary range for this role is $120,000.00 – $140,000.00. Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility, and SitusAMC Senior Management approval.
