Salary Range: $32.27 - $48.41 Candidates residing out of state will need to be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours. This is a remote position available in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin. The ideal candidate for supporting the M365 Collaboration Team will have knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 applications. They should be skilled in analyzing issues and providing effective solutions to ensure seamless collaboration. Excellent communication and training skills are essential to empower team members to utilize M365 tools efficiently. This role involves fostering a collaborative environment by leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365 applications and problem-solving skills, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes and optimal use of Microsoft tools. JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE Participates in the design, implementation, support, testing, and administration of SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and other new tools presented by Microsoft. Uses industry-standard software development techniques, tools, and frameworks to support and troubleshoot issues related to web platforms and websites. Provides customer education on website content creation and modification. Supports the implementation of new technologies to enhance business processes and objectives. DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Information Services provides leadership, support, and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Infrastructure department maintains a robust, agile, and secure IT infrastructure supporting SHS's business objectives, including data networks, voice, Windows and Linux servers, data centers, endpoint management, enterprise operations, and automation. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required. Required experience includes: Web development, support, and/or administration Requirements gathering and software development Object-oriented design, design patterns, and data structures Relational databases in a client-server environment Supporting business-critical applications in high-urgency environments Preferred experience includes: MS SharePoint, MS SQL, .NET, PHP, Java, and JavaScript Healthcare environment experience KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES Problem Solving: Ability to identify complex problems, involve key parties, gather data, and consider options systematically. Time Management: Effectively prioritize and schedule work to meet customer needs, juggling multiple activities without losing focus on details or deadlines. Conflict Resolution: Influence others, build consensus, and negotiate disagreements constructively, considering team contributions. Communication: Share information clearly and respectfully, tailoring messages to different audiences including peers, customers, and leadership. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Rarely (1-10% of the time): Climb stairs, lift 0-20 lbs from floor to waist, bend forward at waist, lift up to 20 lbs from waist to eye level. Occasionally (11-33%): Same physical activities as above, performed intermittently. Frequently (34-66%) and continually (67-100%): Similar activities with increased frequency.
