Key Responsibilities
Assist with job postings on various platforms and company career pages.
Source potential candidates through online databases, social media, and referrals.
Review resumes and screen candidates for qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using computers and learning applicant tracking systems.
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
