What You’ll Do Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
Understand client needs and explain available supplemental benefit options
Guide individuals and families through the enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
Provide ongoing support to ensure a positive client experience
Participate in weekly training sessions, team meetings, and coaching calls
