This opportunity is for a hands‑on Controller or Director of Finance to serve as the senior financial leader at a Vermont alpine resort. Reporting to the Resort General Manager, this role is responsible for accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting and process improvement while leading and developing a small on‑site accounting team. The ideal candidate should have over four years of accounting experience, including leadership exposure, preferably in a hospitality or multi‑site environment. Strong skills in internal controls and process improvement are essential and a CPA certification is preferred. The candidate must be able to provide timely and accurate financial reports in a fast‑paced, seasonal setting. This position is well‑suited for a technically proficient hospitality controller seeking to expand their scope and influence. It offers a close partnership with resort leadership and a lifestyle that embraces a genuine love of the outdoors, including skiing, hiking and mountain living.
