Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc. (Sunny Days) is a staffing agency that specializes in the areas of Early Intervention and Autism services, serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. With over 30 years in the pediatric field of Early Intervention, Sunny Days is a nationwide provider of Early Intervention services.
We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to take on the role of Early Intervention Service Coordinator. This is a
fully remote

As a service coordinator, coordinating Early Intervention services to meet the needs of children and their families, you will have the opportunity to work with parents and families of infants and toddlers with developmental delays. A key skill for this position is strong interpersonal skills, being detail-oriented and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate, facilitate and monitor the implementation of Early Intervention evaluations and services for children and families.
Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
Ensure that services are provided as authorized and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other agencies to secure and monitor services.
Act as a family advocate and as a liaison between therapists and families.
Maintain proper documentation of all contact made with families, therapists and Early Intervention officials, as well as any activities and information related to a child's case.
Data entry across state and agency software and systems
Position requirements: Bachelor's degree in a social or human services field (i.e. psychology, sociology, social work, etc.)
Must live in commutable distance to New York City
Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
