with us. What We’re Looking For
Remotely lead, support and coordinate mission-critical TVECS application system architecture & infrastructure sustainment activities to ensure operability at eight North American Manufacturing Centers (NAMCS) What You’ll Be Doing
Testing and deployment of application quarterly version upgrades as provided by software vendor. Performing quarterly server patching validation activities Troubleshooting/application support for planned and emergent events Ensuring IT compliance (cyber security, access control, obsolete) Support TVECS and connected-system changepoint activity Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Knowledge of MS Windows operating environment (server 2016+, Windows 10+) and SQL database Understanding of information technology networking, architecture, security, account management, policy and webpage design. 3+ years of related experience in Engineering/Software Engineering. 2+ years of Project management experience in building plan, procurement service, scope control, and progress monitor. Experience with PLC IO and Data networks (ControlNet, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, FLNET). Ability to work cross functionally with local (North America) and overseas (Japan) manufacturing engineering teams and IT groups (network, firewall, security, account management). Ability to work weekends to support application management activities. Strong interpersonal skills, works well with team environment, and can build consensus. Verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain with multiple levels within the organization. Strong organizational skill and ability to self-manage. Ability to visualize problems & solutions, work activity and project plans.
