About

I am looking for a Geotechnical/Civil Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in North Carolina to support a current public RFQ (Buncombe County – Garren Creek Landslide Stabilization). Additionally, I submit engineering proposals in multiple U.S. states and I am seeking a long-term relationship with a PE who holds (or can obtain) licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
Current needs include:
Review of geotechnical data
Slope stability analysis
Design input for landslide stabilization
Review and approval of bid-ready plans
PE stamp/signature for design documents
Optional support during construction (Phase II)
Beyond this project, I regularly apply for geotechnical, civil, structural, and public-sector projects across different states. I am looking for a PE who can support future proposals and design work on an ongoing subcontract basis.
