About

Job Description TalkPath Live partners with schools to provide teletherapy services to students, during school hours. We have an immediate contract (1099) position that is approximately 25 hrs/wk direct therapy (indirect time is also compensated). This is a fully virtual position, working from home. It is a good opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with AAC. Some of the students on the caseload are AAC users. The school provides an eHelper to facilitate your sessions. This is a truly rewarding opportunity for caring therapists who are looking for flexible hours, autonomy, and a deep sense of fulfillment that comes with affecting a real impact in their students' lives. We are happy to provide support if you are making a transition from a medical, home health, or adult service setting to a school-based, telepractice one.
Basic Qualifications
Therapists should be independent, creative, flexible, and comfortable working on their own computers from home
Excellent communication skills via email and phone
Full licensure in your state of residence, allowing independent clinical practice
Full licensure in state(s) where TPL is hiring, or willingness to become licensed
Department of Education credential (or willingness to obtain) in states that require it
Functional understanding of electronic devices
A reliable Internet connection and a private space or office, free from distractions, in which to practice
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with school-based practice
Experience providing remote, virtual services
