Inside Sales Representative
for a full-time, 100% remote position within Higher Education. The Inside Sales Representative will focus on outbound calling to engage potential students and drive sales. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and passionate about achieving sales goals in a remote environment. Responsibilities:
Conduct high volumes of outbound calls (80-100) daily to generate interest and close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students (consultative sales). Effectively communicate program offerings and benefits to meet student needs. Meet or exceed established sales KPIs and performance targets. Accurately record and track sales activities in the CRM system. Adapt to changing priorities and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. 1+ year of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, admissions representative, or similar roles. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales performance metrics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Multilingual abilities (a plus but not required). What We Offer:
