Assistindevelopinglanguageresources,glossaries,andstyleguidestailoredtocustomerrequirements. Conductlanguagequalityassessmentsandproposeactionableimprovements. Staycurrentonindustrytrends,terminology,andbestpracticesinBosnianlanguageservices. Communicatecomplexlinguisticconceptsclearlytobothtechnicalandnon-technicalstakeholders. RequiredSkillsandQualifications: Nativeornear-nativeproficiencyinBosnianandstrongcommandofEnglish. Exceptionalwrittenandverbalcommunicationskillswithacuteattentiontodetail. Demonstratedexperienceintranslation,localization,orlinguisticqualityreview. Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritizetasksinapart-time,remotesetting. Proficiencywithstandardlanguagetoolsanddigitalcollaborationplatforms. Stronginterpersonalskillsandaproactive,problem-solvingapproach. Culturalawarenessandtheabilitytoadaptlanguagefordiverseaudiences. PreferredQualifications: Bachelor’sdegreeorhigherinlinguistics,translation,orarelatedfield. Experienceworkingoncustomer-centricteamsorwithinternationalclients. FamiliaritywithCATtoolsandlanguagequalityassuranceprocesses.
