About the Role We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients, respond to inquiries, and provide support throughout the booking or service process. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and online platforms
Assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and general support
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience
Stay current with training and company updates
Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic computer and online navigation skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
