About
THE ROLE We're looking for a remote, part-time Development Coordinator to start at 7–15 hrs/week at $30–45/hr. The role is expected to grow quickly – likely into a full-time position within a year to a year and a half – with a clear path to leading the development side of our operation for the right person.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're open to a wide range of candidates. No specific degree required. What matters is that you’re proactive, organized, a quick learner, and comfortable figuring things out on your own. Direct experience in some aspect of Texas land development is the main thing – whether that’s at a surveying company, engineering firm, local construction company, developer, real estate office, or county/city planning department. Maybe you have gaps between projects and want consistent work. Maybe you recently retired and want to stay active without a full‑time commitment. Maybe you need something flexible and remote that fits around other obligations.
