Core Responsibilities
Support clients with organizing travel arrangements and itinerary components
Review reservation choices across approved supplier platforms
Share helpful insights aligned with traveler interests and expectations
Coordinate confirmations and assist with adjustments when needed
Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging systems
Track updates and maintain accurate planning documentation
Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development activities
