Position Overview
Fully remote role supporting clients in Colorado
No state licensure required — only credentialing
Looking for someone bilingual
Immediate start required
Flexible structure: Part‑time or Full‑time options available
Caseload includes both ongoing supervision and initial assessments
Clients scheduled across morning and afternoon hours (Mountain Time)
What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee and manage a full caseload of RBTs remotely
Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance
Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach
Ensure high‑quality, ethical, and effective care across all clients
Who We’re Looking For
Active BCBA certification
Able to complete credentialing in Colorado (no license required)
Strong experience with CentralReach (required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage a full remote caseload independently
Ready to start immediately and take ownership from day one
Comfortable supporting both morning and afternoon client schedules
Compensation
Hourly: $70–$90/hour (based on experience)
Full‑Time Salary Option Available: For BCBAs overseeing 220 billable hours weekly across their RBT caseload
Competitive salary structure based on experience and performance
