Lovett Dental is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our dental records and operational data. As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our data management processes, ensuring timely and precise input of critical information that supports our commitment to exceptional dental care. Key Objectives
Accurately input and update patient and operational data in our systems. Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency. Responsibilities
Enter patient information, appointment details, and other relevant data into electronic databases. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission. Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data requirements and resolve issues. Assist with generating reports and data summaries as needed. Adhere to established procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new software applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with dental or healthcare data systems is an advantage but not required. Benefits
