We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Account Assistant
to join our team. This role provides essential support to the accounting department by assisting with daily financial operations, recordkeeping, and administrative tasks. Assist with preparing, processing, and recording financial transactions. Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases. Support the preparation of invoices, expense reports, and account reconciliations. Help monitor accounts payable and receivable. Assist in generating financial reports and summaries for management. Perform general administrative duties, including filing and document management. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines. Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
