Position Overview We are seeking service-oriented and detail-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Concierges. In this role, you will create customized travel plans, assist with bookings, and ensure clients enjoy a stress-free travel experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Design and coordinate tailored travel itineraries for clients
Book accommodations, transportation, activities, and special experiences
Serve as a main point of contact for clients, handling requests and modifications
Provide expert recommendations based on client needs and travel goals
Stay informed on travel promotions, destination trends, and requirements
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous travel, hospitality, or concierge experience is a plus (not required)
Passion for travel and creating unique client experiences
