Job Title : Personal Injury Paralegal/ Employment Law Paralegal

Remote (California)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing personal injury/ employment law cases from inception to resolution.
Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
Draft, proofread, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements.
Perform legal research to support case strategies, including identifying relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
File legal documents with the appropriate courts and agencies, ensuring compliance with filing deadlines and local rules.
Assist attorneys in preparing for court appearances, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field. Paralegal certification is preferred.
Experience as a paralegal, with significant personal injury/ employment law experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal case management software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between
$80,000 – $120,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
