We specialize in providing proven retirement solutions to a dedicated client base, utilizing a system that eliminates cold calling and prospecting entirely. About the Role : We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed—with full training, a 100% remote environment, and industry‑best compensation. What You'll do : Conduct virtual consultations with clients using our proven, preset appointment system (No cold calling or outbound calls/messaging of any kind) Educate clients on their retirement outlook and recommend tailored retirement and life insurance solutions. Present products confidently in a 100% remote environment. Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships. Get licensed (we’ll support you every step of the way). What You’ll Bring : Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance. Excellent communication and people skills. Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset.
