$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr We are actively recruiting for a dynamic Sales Rep based in the Nashville and wider TN market. The company is committed to innovation and sustainability and provides quality packaging solutions. Fully remote position with the expectation to travel across the region. A competitive salary + uncapped commission structure will be on offer. Responsibilities include: Ability to identify, develop and convert new business opportunities whilst deepening existing customer relationships. Acquire an in-depth knowledge of the Company’s current products and services and new product lines and services as they are introduced. Ability to meet/exceed sales goals. Obtain all relevant information needed to sell products through various sources and establish and maintain customer relationships. Ability to learn and expand knowledge across all product lines. To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related discipline is preferred. Experience in corrugated packaging, packaging distribution or selling into industrial accounts. An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of new business development. Demonstrated proven record of accomplishment of successfully developing and executing sales and margin growth strategies, with the ability to win new business. History of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers that translated into improved financial success and market share growth.
