Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Manager at ScanTexas. The Technical Support Manager is responsible for handling daily customer activities such as:
Responsibilities
Answering and solving pre-sales and post-sales technical support issues for customers and ScanTexas sales personnel
Working with sales to configure solutions for customers. Solutions will be RFID, barcode scanners, barcode printers, mobile computers, etc. from Zebra Technologies
Going onsite for sales meetings and installations
Being involved in crafting plans for how technical support helps us achieve our aggressive sales goals
Qualifications
Strong technical Barcode/RFID support skills needed
Experience preferred, but always open to new talent
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Friendly, customer focused
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and manage yourself on a daily basis towards achieving technical goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
