Contract Manager Location:
100% remote must support EST or CST working hours. Up to 30 hours per week What's the Job?
Lead negotiations for channel partners, government accounts, and selected commercial customers. Provide pre and post-contract support, including assisting partners with renewals. Manage NDAs, non-standard agreements, and specialized requirements such as SACC clauses. Draft, review, and maintain contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Adapt global templates and policies for regional use, supporting localization efforts. What's Needed?
5–8 years of experience in contract management, negotiation, or legal operations. Strong understanding of commercial and public sector contracting processes. Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and contract drafting skills. Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. French language skills (reading and writing) are strongly preferred, especially for supporting Quebec‑based customers. What's in it for me?
