Professional Services Engineer
to support customers across Germany and wider region.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected security organisation, working with enterprise and service provider customers on complex, high-impact network security deployments.
The Role As a Professional Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful design, deployment, and optimisation of advanced network security solutions. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, ensuring solutions are implemented to best practice and deliver real business value.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional services engagements including installation, configuration, and optimisation of network security solutions
Provide expert-level technical guidance to customers during and after deployments
Lead and support complex troubleshooting and performance tuning activities
Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and support teams to ensure customer success
Deliver technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and customer workshops
