Senior Technical Design Lead
within a manufacturing environment. As
Senior Technical Design Lead , you will play a pivotal role in driving the performance and development of the technical department. You will lead the local technical team, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule to support both commercial and manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical capability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a busy manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the technical team to ensure departmental KPIs are achieved. Drive the timely production of front-end commercial drawings and accurate manufacturing drawings for production. Produce and develop manufacturing drawings for a range of projects within a busy manufacturing environment. Prepare project-specific design details and technical documentation.
