Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure layers
Experience supporting live production systems
Familiarity with AWS or GCP
Basic scripting skills (Bash or Python)
Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
Experience working with Jira (preferred)
While not required, we are especially interested in candidates with exposure to container technologies, including:
Docker and/or OpenShift
Experience creating or deploying containers
Supporting containerized workloads in production or non‑production environments
Familiarity with container registries (e.g., Docker Hub, Amazon ECR, or similar)
If you have worked with containers in any capacity — even supporting deployments or troubleshooting containerized services — we would love to hear about your experience.
