About

Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers Provide hands-on training sessions for scientists and lab managers on the TeselaGen platform Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned accounts, resolving issues and answering questions Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team Build custom workflows, integrations, and configurations using the TeselaGen API and platform tools Document best practices, FAQs, and training materials for the knowledge base Collaborate with sales during pre-sales technical evaluations and proof-of-concept engagements Gather and relay customer feedback to drive product improvements What We're Looking For
Background in molecular biology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, or a related life science field (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred) 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, technical support, or consulting) Hands-on experience with bioinformatics tools, lab information systems (LIMS), or electronic lab notebooks (ELN) Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Nice to Have
Experience with synthetic biology workflows (cloning, strain engineering, DNA assembly) Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, or data integration tools Experience with Benchling, SnapGene, Geneious, or similar biotech software Knowledge of lab automation platforms (Tecan, Hamilton, Opentrons) What We Offer
