Job Description We are looking for a
Strategy and Transformation Manager
to help shape and execute CAI’s enterprise strategy by leading high‑value transformation initiatives across the organization. This position will be full-time, salaried and remote.
What You’ll Do
Lead the planning, execution, and adoption of enterprise‑wide strategic and transformation initiatives, including value propositions, use case prioritization, and roadmap development·
Design and implement target‑state operating models, including organizational structures, governance frameworks, business processes, roles, skills, and performance measures
Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and driving consensus across complex, cross‑functional programs
Coordinate with interdepartmental partners to gather inputs, monitor execution, and ensure accountability across initiatives
Oversee evaluation and development of project plans, assess technical and process implications, and guide stakeholders toward optimal business solutions
Lead, coach, and mentor Strategy and Transformation consultants, supporting professional growth and continuous improvement
Act as a strategic thought leader within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), contributing insights that advance organizational maturity and operating model design
Identify strategic risks and opportunities using industry insights, data analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration
Educate internal teams on transformation leading practices and emerging methodologies
Prepare executive‑ready deliverables, including technical documentation, process workflows, and presentations
Deploy business and finance process changes and risk‑mitigating controls that support transformation objectives
Perform other critical projects and assignments as directed
What You'll Need Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field·
3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or a related field, with direct involvement in enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives
Demonstrated experience designing target‑state operating models (organization, governance, processes, roles, and performance metrics)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and develop strategic recommendations
Proven project and program management skills, including project plans, RAID management, and executive reporting
Ability to influence change and drive executive‑level decision making across diverse stakeholder groups
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑facing documentation and facilitation
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with experience managing and developing teams
Entrepreneurial mindset with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to high‑quality work
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
Preferred:
Experience leading large‑scale, cross‑functional transformation programs
Track record of designing and implementing innovative operating models and governance frameworks
Experience launching strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
Exposure to Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) or procurement‑related transformation initiatives
Proficiency in using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis and deliverables
Familiarity with digital operating models, automation, and AI‑enabled workflows
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
Experience supporting or leading business proposals and executive presentations
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$140,000 - $160,000 per year
The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role receive paid time off and may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
