Join a passionate team committed to excellence in service and cuisine. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Line Cook position located in Wells, ME. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to order according to high-quality standards. Daily tasks include food preparation, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service. You will play a critical role in upholding the restaurant’s commitment to delivering top-notch meals to our guests. Qualifications Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and knife skills Understanding of kitchen safety, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience in teamwork, effective communication, and assisting in kitchen operations Passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior experience in a professional kitchen is preferred but not required; on-the-job training can be provided Food handler’s certification is a plus
