We are dedicated to enhancing industry understanding of this new domain and navigating the bleeding edge of 21st-century financial innovation. Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, robust software solutions for Aera’s treasury management platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation of new features. Participate in code and design reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high coding standards. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve Aera’s platform continuously. Create technical documentation and user guides. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software defects to ensure system performance and reliability. Work on front-end UI components for the Aera app. Develop backend ETL and data processes. Qualifications
4-5+ years of professional software development experience. Proficiency in Python programming. Frontend experience with React and Typescript. Understanding of blockchain and DeFi protocols, concepts, and best practices (or a strong desire to learn). Strong communication skills, especially written, and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience with version control systems like Git. Bonus Points
Experience developing and shipping user-facing features using component-based UI frameworks. Experience with Smart Contracts and Solidity. Benefits and Perks
