About
Define automation strategies, including framework selection, tooling, and infrastructure setup Build and scale automation from scratch, ensuring maintainability and reusability Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and QA teams to embed automation into CI/CD pipelines Drive improvements in test coverage, execution speed, and quality metrics Introduce and prototype AI-driven testing solutions (test generation, self-healing, quality insights) Contribute to presales activities: solution design, estimations, and technical proposals Mentor teams and establish best practices in test automation Requirements
5+ years of hands‑on experience in Test Automation Proven experience with building automation frameworks from scratch Solid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and modern SDLC Experience in integrating automation into cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.) Familiarity with AI‑powered testing tools is a strong plus Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to improve inefficient QA processes Nice to have
Experience with performance or API testing Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in presales or client‑facing roles We offer
