Responsibilities
Coordinate and personalize travel experiences based on each client’s needs and preferences.
Provide comprehensive guidance on destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Manage bookings and ensure detailed follow-up on each itinerary.
Ensure a smooth and satisfying experience before, during, and after the trip.
Maintain consistent and effective communication with clients.
Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Access to internet and a personal device (computer or smartphone).
Interest or experience in travel/tourism is a plus (not required).
Ability to work independently.
