About
About the Role The Assistant Manager of Remote Training, reports directly to the Director of Remote Coaching and plays a central role in both the quality and consistency of our coaching operation. You’ll oversee a team of 18+ coaches serving a client base of 1,000+, balancing operational leadership with hands-on client service. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely cares about the client experience, and has the instincts to develop people.
What You’ll Do Coaching Operations & Quality
Help oversee quality of coach programs, client calls, and coach-to-client communication to ensure quality and consistency
Lead small group development sessions with coaches to address performance trends and reinforce standards
Facilitate 1:1 meetings with coaches centered on audit findings and growth
Client Services
Re-engage lapsed or unresponsive clients through outreach calls
Onboard new clients into our Coach Catalyst platform and manage app setup
Conduct member sales calls to retain and upgrade existing clients
Send personalized postcards and touchpoints as part of the client experience
Platform & Tools
Work fluently within GoHighLevel and Coach Catalyst to manage client records, communications, and workflows
What We’re Looking For
Background in fitness, health, or a related field
Strong customer service skills
Sales experience is a plus, particularly in a service or health/wellness context
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Strong communicator. Written and verbal, with high attention to detail
Leadership mindset with a passion for developing others
