Our tools and resources allow providers to communicate with fellow professionals and clinical managers. All clinical managers have extensive experience in delivering school-based teletherapy services and are available when needed.

Compensation for direct and indirect time
Up to a $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year)

What You’ll Do Grow and invest in your skills, capabilities, and career by delivering Speech Language Pathology services to school-based children across the nation, leveraging proprietary technology that supports clinical care in a flexible environment.
Collaborate with school instructors and experienced clinical mentors to deliver outstanding SLP services to children in need
Develop your skills, career, and expertise within a supportive team-based environment
Provide telehealth services to a diverse population of school-aged children
Work on a flexible schedule designed to meet your needsCommit to at least 15 hours per week
Hold an active, unrestricted, and valid SLP license in your state of residence and in Wisconsin, in good standing
Hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
Be a full-time resident of the United States
Have experience working with school-aged pediatric populations
Be comfortable with various technology platforms
Follow Huddle Up documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
Prepare progress reports for schools and complete Medicaid billing when necessary
Compensation This is a W2 employment opportunity.
The compensation band varies by state.
For providers residing in CA, HI, or NY: $44–$54 an hour.
For providers in AK, CO, CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, MA, MD, NJ, NM, OH, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA: $44–$54 an hour.
For providers in AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MI, MN, MT, NC, NH, NV, OK, OR, SC, UT, WI, WY: $44–$49 an hour.
For providers in AL, ID, LA, ME, MO, MS, ND, NE, SD, TN, VT, WV: $44–$47 an hour.
The role also offers up to $250 monthly incentive (up to $3,000 per year) for providers who work 60+ hours in a pay period and meet eligibility criteria. The final hourly rate depends on skills, location, and other qualifications.
