Your Day‑to‑Day
Provide high‑level oversight of engineering and project execution, negotiate technical and regulatory requirements, and influence executive‑level project decisions.
Lead diverse engineering teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and improve technical designs for energy infrastructure.
Act as technical authority on engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
Manage PPA, LGIA, and OEM testing completion.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related field.
15+ years of experience in PLC programming, preferably Schneider Electric platforms.
Experience with Modbus, DNP3, and industrial communication protocols.
Experience with Ignition SCADA platform and HMI development.
Experience with power systems and utility‑scale energy projects.
Experience with utility‑scale renewable energy or power generation projects.
Knowledge of BESS control systems, inverters, and energy storage technologies.
Familiarity with grid interconnection requirements and utility standards.
Experience with FAT/SAT testing procedures and commissioning protocols.
Ability to travel up to 25% for project commissioning support.
NERC CIP cybersecurity awareness.
