About
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service and meet performance targets in a high-volume environment
Manage a caseload of residential transactions including Leasehold, Remortgage, New Build, and Shared Ownership
Ensure timely and accurate case progression, aligned with company standards
Collaborate with colleagues across teams to ensure seamless case handling
Maintain accurate case records on Muve’s customer portal (Hoolwa) in line with SLAs and compliance policies
Respond to client queries, calls, and complaints, escalating when necessary
Maximise revenue opportunities from conveyancing services
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and CLC requirements
Provide daily updates on case progression
Encourage and maintain positive client feedback via platforms like Trustpilot and Google Reviews
Qualification, Skills & Experience Required
Comfortable travelling to our head office in Richmond (London) up to 4 times per year
Experience working in a volume conveyancing environment
You will likely have around 5 years’ post qualified experience in residential conveyancing or equivalent experience, enabling you to manage a varied and high volume caseload with minimum supervision
Detail orientated and highly organised with a proactive approach to case progression
Proven experience in a volume conveyancing firm
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
In-depth knowledge across a range of transaction types including Shared Ownership, New Build, Auction and Leasehold.
