About
Role Description This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling and calendar management, coordinating meetings, setting up meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The role also involves managing phone and email communications, providing executive administrative support, and assisting with clerical tasks as required.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing schedules and records
Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and organizational capabilities to support leadership effectively
Effective verbal and written Communication skills, with professional Phone Etiquette
Ability to work independently, with time-management and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in office productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Previous experience in administrative roles; experience in brand, media, or advertising industries is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
