About
Contacting Spanish-speaking business clients (via email and phone)
Handling orders and providing day-to-day customer support
Cooperating with the warehouse in Spain to organize shipments
Preparing sales offers and documents
Supporting the sales team in daily tasks
Cooperating with other departments within the company
What we are looking for:
A communicative person who is open to learning
Good command of Spanish and English (minimum B2/C1 level – both spoken and written)
Someone who is well organized and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience in customer service, sales, or B2B will be an advantage, but is not required
