What Youll Do:
Serve as a primary point of support alongside assigned advisors
Respond promptly to client questions with accurate, helpful information
Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Track client interactions and maintain organized digital records
Ensure timelines and service standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service or client support experience (preferred, not required)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Professional, dependable, and confident using online systems and tools
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain and LATAM
