About
We are looking for a
Senior Unity Developer
to strengthen our great development team. This is a key engineering role at the intersection of client development, game systems architecture, and integration with backend services.
We don’t have micromanagement or unnecessary bureaucracy but we do have a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, strong expertise, and a great product.
Responsibilities
Design and develop the game architecture.
Implement gameplay mechanics and core game systems.
Work with the configuration system.
Integrate SDKs and third-party plugins (mobile stores, ads, etc.).
Optimize performance and maintain high technical quality.
Configure and maintain automated builds.
Confident use of version control systems.
Requirements
3+ years of Unity development experience.
Released projects (mobile RPG projects are a strong plus).
Experience in designing software architecture.
Experience in optimizing and improving game performance.
Understanding of asset management approaches (Addressables, Asset Bundles).
