Key Responsibilities
Process incoming undergraduate applications with accuracy.
Recalculate GPAs using training provided and interpret global transcript formats.
Perform general data entry and clerical tasks per office standards.
Use multiple systems and platforms including Slate CRM to route materials efficiently.
Offer additional support across the department as needed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED (or 2+ years in a production-oriented office).
Advanced typing and keyboarding skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Effective communication and independent decision-making skills.
Comfortable working with confidential information.
Ability to meet weekly productivity goals.
Technology Requirements
Reliable personal computer with a modern browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox ≤22, Safari ≤6 not supported).
JavaScript enabled and minimum display resolution of 1024x768.
Microphone and webcam.
Internet connection with minimum 3 Mbps download and 768 Kbps upload speed.
Dual monitors strongly recommended.
Work Mode
Fully remote.
Mandatory attendance during the initial two-week training period (no time off during this phase).
Flexible scheduling with the possibility of additional voluntary hours.
