Responsibilities Input, verify, and maintain accurate and detailed data into company database systemsHandle confidential data with confidentiality and discretionEnsure all data entries adhere to established company policies and proceduresRegularly perform data quality checks to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errorsLiaise and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data managementProduce routine and ad-hoc reports as neededOther duties as assigned by management
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferredDemonstrated experience in data entry and managementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detail and data accuracyStrong organizational and time management abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
