What Youll Do:
Provide responsive support to clients through their assigned advisor
Answer questions and deliver clear, accurate information
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Maintain organized client records and documentation
Ensure timely updates and a seamless overall experience
What Were Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer service or administrative experience preferred (not required)
Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new systems
Must be a citizen of the US, Uk, LATAM, Spain or Australia
