What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries, concerns, issues, and class-related needs
Provide timely support and troubleshooting for matters affecting class delivery, faculty readiness, student experience, and operational continuity
Lead faculty onboarding, orientation, and readiness support to ensure instructors are prepared for launch
Conduct regular team meetings and individual check-ins with faculty
Deliver ongoing coaching, guidance, and development to support faculty effectiveness and consistency
Conduct faculty observations, evaluations, and performance reviews using recordings, metrics, student feedback, and other quality measures to provide actionable feedback and support faculty performance
Provide subject matter expertise and instructional guidance to faculty as needed
Manage faculty professional development and ongoing training initiatives
What a Day in the Life May Include
Responding to faculty questions, concerns, and urgent class-related issues
Troubleshooting instructor needs that may affect live class delivery or the student experience
Onboarding new faculty and ensuring they are prepared with the tools, systems, and guidance needed to be successful
Providing ongoing support and training to current faculty
Reviewing class recordings and performance data to evaluate teaching quality and consistency
Monitoring trends in faculty performance, engagement, and student feedback
Coaching faculty through opportunities for improvement and reinforcing standards and expectations
Supporting schedule planning, coverage needs, and other operational priorities to maintain continuity across programs
Qualifications / Experience You’ll Need
Current and valid AAPC certification
Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education required
3+ years of related professional experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior experience teaching or supporting online learning preferred
Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or evaluating instructors, educators, or faculty preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
Ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate issues involving faculty, students, systems, and operations
