Responsibilities
Provide friendly and professional customer support through phone, email, and online messaging
Assist clients with reservations, service updates, and accommodations
Communicate important details, documentation requirements, and company policies clearly
Monitor reservations and bookings to ensure accuracy and timely updates
Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and address any questions or concerns
Resolve client inquiries with a solutions-oriented and customer-first approach
Maintain organized records and update internal systems as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Previous customer service experience required (hospitality or service experience preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools
