As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees and patients.**\*\*\*THIS POSITION IS REMOTE\*\*\*****Position Requirements:**The most qualified candidates will possess the following:* Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.* **Must be licensed in the states of TN and VA as LPC*** Experience treating opioid-addicted patients is not a requirement but is preferred.* No legal impediments to serving in a licensed opiate treatment program.* Must have a valid driver's license.* If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.***Position Benefits**** **Consistent schedule with early in times and out times*** **Advancement opportunities.** Clear, climbable structure into Counselor levels (1, 2, 3) based on the certification or license held.* **Targeted caseload**. Caseloads follow state regulations and can range from 40-55 patients.* **Excellent training if you are new to our field**.
