Senior Python Engineer
to join our
Document App Track
in the Document Domain team, which owns the core document functionality across the platform — creation, editing, and management. The team focuses on reliability, quality, and developer experience, while evolving the platform for new capabilities. You may contribute to the long-term domain excellence strategy. If you’re adaptable, driven, and collaborative, you’ll fit in well at PandaDoc. Responsibilities
Contribute to the vision and architecture of the core component: the Document domain Address scale-related technical challenges Identify and fix systemic issues to maintain low time-to-change with high change-confidence for other developers Our Stack
Microservice fleet around a large Django-based monolith PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached Python, Django Amazon Web Services Docker, Kubernetes Kafka, NATS AsyncIO Grafana Monitoring Stack: Loki, Tempo, Mimir, Grafana About You
At least 5+ years of development experience with Python Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, migrations, optimization) Solid experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, NATS, Kafka) Understanding of event-based systems and basics of DDD Strong understanding and experience with AsyncIO Understanding of the full development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment and monitoring Hands-on experience in both monolithic and microservice architectures Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written Company Overview

Competitive salary.
In Poland, salary range is 275,000 – 413,000 PLN annually. Remote-first
