What's the Job?
Manage and triage severity 1 incidents for Microsoft’s top-tier customers
Review long-running cases to determine next steps and actively manage critical customer situations
Coordinate communication and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders
Provide timely updates and ensure high-quality customer support during critical issues
Identify systemic issues and recommend process improvements to prevent future incidents
What's Needed?
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint (5-7 years)
Strong customer service background, especially in enterprise or high‑severity support environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to operate reliably within a defined shift schedule
Experience working with Microsoft products and terminology
Ability to work non‑standard hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
