About
Project Manager (Middle East)
to lead key software development and delivery projects within a major client programme. You’ll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget — working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders across the region. The Role
Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with key stakeholders.
Drive communication and alignment across engineering, product, and client teams.
Manage risks, issues, and actions proactively, maintaining strong project governance.
Oversee Agile or Scrum-based delivery processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Support release planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Report progress to senior leadership and clients through structured project updates.
What You’ll Bring
At least three years of project management experience in software development or technology delivery.
Ideally, two or more years of domain experience in travel, air transport, or trip management technology.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile) preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels.
Calm, structured approach to managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with cloud-based project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or Asana.
