Must Haves
Strong C++ development skills.
Ability to develop and maintain C++ application code.
Proficiency in C++ 11 standard.
Experience developing and deploying on Linux.
Ability to develop and maintain unit tests in gtest.
Familiarity with network communication protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and identify communication problems.
Nice To Haves
Familiarity with DNP3.
Familiarity with Google Protocol Buffers.
Familiarity with Apache Avro.
Familiarity with asynchronous messaging (Kafka preferred).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cassandra preferred).
What You’ll Do
The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining C++ application code, ensuring adherence to the C++ 11 standard, and deploying applications on Linux.
Additionally, the candidate will develop and maintain unit tests using gtest and troubleshoot communication problems within the system.
